Together they work the short sale process and close the deal. There is never a charge to the homeowner to short sell their property; the lenders pay all the fees, from the commissions, all closing costs, and the State and County transfer taxes. Brian also works with buyer’s and seller’s of commercial and residential properties.
For the 25 years prior to entering Real Estate, Brian owned an IT company and takes this experience into Real Estate, which helps him focus on the business of negotiations and the needs of his clients.
